Last Wednesday I started football and it was the hardest training that I have ever done. It's a feels a little different not playing for my dad. But, I feel like we could have a great season and possibly even go deep into the playoffs, with a new coach to me personally named Coach Bell. He pushes the team hard but I know that he is doing it for the right reasons and compared to what he had to go through, battling Leukemia in collage. So I trust through him whatever he has us go through.

Plus he's a really good coach. No offence to my Dad.

The Outsiders

Today is the 18th and I've been reading this book the past few days called The Outsiders. It is a book about friendship and belonging. It is a book I am supposed to be reading for school but I am guessing that I will read it and watch the movie they made over and over again. I am on page 84/180 and so far I love it. For one thing it gives good detail and makes you feel like you are in the book.

The 4th of July

The 4th of July is a landmark in the History of the United States. The 4th of July was the time were we declared our Independence against Great Britain. The 4th of July is very important to me because it resembles freedom. Freedom of speech without having to be afraid of being thrown in jail which means to me that you have the right to speak your opinion and not get thrown in jail but it doesn't mean you have to be heard either. In example you may think that abortion is OK but it doesn't mean that you are right. I'm happy that we have a lord that blesses us with a keeps us safe from other countries that may threaten us and a country that is free. God Bless America.

Lately I have been struggling mentally with me missing my friends and how some of them might not come back next year. Plus my sister broke both arms so it has been hard to sleep since I have to sleep on her bed because she has to sleep on mine. Let me tell you that that bed is really uncomfortable but the bible says sometimes you have to make sacrifices for the people you love. So lately i feel that their is a special song that keeps me going on, And it is at the bottom of my blog and it is called Hold on by The Jonas Brothers.

Their is a song that just lifts my spirits every time I hear it and it is at the bottom of my blog and it tells me personally to just keep going and keep trying on what ever you do and just Hold On and that is what the song is called.

Pastor Kenny told me a lesson that I will never forget. He said "Their is a difference between a goal in life and a purpose" An example of a goal in life for me would to play pro football but a purpose for me could be a leader and you could try to combine them and have completed both. So love the lord listen and he will tell you your purpose.

Just yesterday I went to Carowinds and I could only ride one roller coaster and I thought that it would be a perfect example for this post. I think life is like a roller coaster and you have to be prepared to ride and some people are not prepared but that is OK because no one is perfect.

Lately god has been telling me that you need to be a godly image to all of your friends and that you must set an example to your friends who may not be Christan. Their has been times when I have tripped and fell in my spirit but like Israel Houghton quoted "The world has hit me with it be shot and I got to bounce back in my spirit". So lately I've watched my steps and it has been working for me so far. So take this advice and see if it will work for you.

These past few weeks our great pastor has been teaching us through a series called Legacy that taught you to bring your sins to the cross and he will forget them.
For God has forever cast away your sins to the depths of the ocean and erased it from his mind as long as you bring it to him.
So right now as you are reading this post and have something on your mind that is bothering you, bring it to the cross and he will cast it to the depths of the ocean.

Yesterday at church I was spiritually touched by the Lord, and he told me that "As long as you come to me your issues are forever vanished.
It started yesterday in chuch when the pastor started to show us a couple videos about how he suffered on the cross and how he nailed all of our sins to the cross. So my pastor told everyone to look on the pocket on the back of the seat that was in front of you. Then he said take a pencil and write about everything you have been struggling with lately and that when you were done to come and nail it to the cross and that just hit me prophetically and reminded me that when the Devil trys to remind me or you of our past remind him of his future...

This week I have been out of school and when my mom asked me what the lord has been telling me I told her that he said I was to be a leader.
I started working on this on my 3 day sleep over I had with my good friends. I started my mission by asking Mrs. B if I could help with dinner. Than later with dinner told my friends I could not watch the longest yard because of crime, cursing, and drug addiction.
I am going to continue this mission by sticking up for what I believe in and praising the lord.

I have a very cool famly also a very fun family. I have 2 sisters named Kennedy, and Courtney. My moms name is Helen and my dads is John.
Let me tell you why Courtney is cool because she is funny, cute, weird in a good way and she loves me.
